What it does:

Converts Winamp *.m3u playlists into a load of incrementally named shortcuts in your GTA3 or Vice City MP3 directory so that you can play them in order in your in-car MP3 player from within the game. Read the included readme.txt for more info.

Update 2005-06-15 I've packaged up the PHP scripts so that people without PHP can use it. If you're in any doubt which one you want, download this one, not the scripts.

Update 2005-06-11 The below tool doesn't work in San Andreas, which came out yesterday. In San Andreas, the User Tracks folder is in My Documents in the San Andreas User Files folder. Adding shortcuts to it still works, however and so I took a few minutes to put together a quick PHP script to create those shortcuts.
